Job summary

ECC is seeking a Healthcare Solutions Consultant to lead consultative sales across hospital systems, IDNs, and large clinical networks in the Omaha/Lincoln, NE area. You will uncover needs, design integrated healthcare technology solutions, and build long-term relationships with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.

You will develop and manage a pipeline, conduct discovery of workflows and IT/Biomed needs, and recommend nurse call, RTLS, clinical communications, and workflow tools.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years selling complex healthcare technology systems.
• Strong consultative selling with clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Clinical Leadership, Facilities, IT, Biomed, or capital committees.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clinical/operational outcomes.
• Background in nurse call, RTLS, clinical workflow, or healthcare infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities
