Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience managing healthcare technology systems in a clinical or hospital environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT standards, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CPHIMS, HCISPP are a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Accountability, integrity, customer service and team-building.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize technology adoption and effectiveness.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of healthcare technology systems within our organization. This contract position based in Los Angeles, CA, requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare IT environments.

What you will do:

Safety Requirements:
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and others if they come in contact within the biomed area in accordance with the facility’s policies
  • Must follow OSHA guidelines in regard to blood borne pathogens, airborne pathogens, radiation, sharp instruments and/or tools, hazardous liquids, and operating devices
  • Ontime completion of safety trainings assignments
  • Must have sensory ability to distinguish hot & cold ranges of temperature, surfaces, fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and detect/distinguish colors
  • Must be able be able to carry or lift up to 50 pounds routinely
