Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Current Epic Certification in core area of expertise with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.
• 10+ years’ experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
• Project management experience and Epic implementations.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with client stakeholders and identify business development opportunities.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from strategy development to solution implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Manage project teams, provide mentorship and quality assurance to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding digital transformation initiatives around Epic EHR systems.
• Develop and implement industry best practices for EHR management and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with consultants and client staff to identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvements.
• Design and execute change management plans to ensure adoption of new technologies and workflows.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $195,000 - $227,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
