Job summary

KR Wolfe Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare technology installation and integration projects in hospitals and clinical facilities.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and coordinate with customers, field technicians, subcontractors, and equipment manufacturers. The role emphasizes safety, infection control considerations, and on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a project management role for medical equipment installation or healthcare OEM.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare technology installation and integration projects from kickoff through commissioning and closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor forecasting, resources, and deliverables.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, technical specs, and OEM installation docs.
• Coordinate with customers, hospital personnel, engineering teams, field technicians, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
• Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, equipment expenditures, and budget variances.
• Identify risks, resolve scheduling or installation challenges, and manage scope changes.
