Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle and conduct intake/workforce planning discussions.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes in line with policies and guidelines; screen and evaluate candidates.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Analyze recruiting data and labor market trends; provide regular workforce insights to leaders and HR partners.
• Partner with leaders to develop retention strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Represent Presbyterian at recruitment events and build relationships with colleges and professional organizations.
• Deliver training to managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, compensation guidelines, and workforce trends.
• Continually evaluate and innovate recruitment, sourcing, and candidate engagement strategies.
