Qualifications

• Experience applying inventory calculations and FIFO principles.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems and data entry.
• Ability to lift, move and transport materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and processes shipments; report discrepancies.
• Stocks storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO.
• Maintain safety stock levels and min/max quantities.
• Perform physical and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Pick and stage supplies, apply patient charge stickers as needed.
• Organize PAR locations with labeling and restocking.
• Deliver items to departments with signatures of delivery.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and returns with proper documentation.
• Keep storerooms and warehouse clean and compliant with standards.
• Enter data into ERP/inventory systems for receipts and adjustments.
