Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison is seeking a Regular, on-site Supply Chain Associate to receive, sort and distribute supplies and equipment to multiple locations.

This role focuses on timely inventory management and accurate record keeping to support hospital operations. Day shift responsibilities include stocking, inventory checks, processing orders, operating warehouse systems, and coordinating with departments to resolve supply issues.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work day shift

Responsibilities

• Stock, receive, inventory management, distribution and customer service for supplies; address issues with customers.
• Take inventory and order supplies; maintain records to track orders.
• Receive supplies and complete required paperwork.
• Operate computer systems and applications.
• Communicate status of supply orders between departments; fill orders promptly.
• Inform leadership of backorders or problems.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
