Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Supply Chain team member to enter inventory data into the SCM system and maintain accurate records. The role includes picking/packing orders, assisting with receiving, and delivering supplies across campus and satellite locations.

You will use handheld devices for signatures, manage stock with FIFO, perform cycle counts, and handle returns while supporting continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities

• Entering all inventory data into Supply Chain Management software.
• Maintain records electronically or on paper, obtain signatures.
• Pick and pack orders timely and accurately.
• Assist Receiving Clerks/Managers in receiving deliveries.
• Transport products to campus and satellite locations.
• Deliver supplies and obtain signatures in handhelds.
• Maintain inventory locations with FIFO and cycle counts.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process returns and credits for disbursements.
• Verify expiration dates and report findings.
• Assist in stock returns process for timely credits.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain services.
• Adhere to time and attendance policy.
• Handle mail: pickup, sorting, and delivery.
• Operate communication devices as needed.
• Learn other supply chain responsibilities as needed.
