Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage daily replenishment for emergency and clinical units, coordinate par levels, and ensure accurate receiving and distribution of supplies. You will support recalls, track stock, and liaise with clinicians and vendors.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, barcode labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy per Joint Commission standards. Strong ERP, Lean, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to analyze ERP data and identify savings.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Familiarity with medical supply terminology.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory replenishment for emergency, medical-surgical, and clinical units.
• Coordinate supply acquisition, par levels, and labeling.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and delivery of hospital packages.
• Support year-end inventories and recalls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and safety standards.
