Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional to manage daily inventory replenishment for emergency, medical-surgical, and clinical units.

You will liaise between Supply Chain and end-users to ensure accurate storage, distribution, and compliance with Joint Commission requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating par levels, barcode labeling, recalls, and vendor communications while supporting year-end inventories and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supply chain, logistics, inventory, receiving, and/or distribution experience, preferably in a clinical supply setting.
• Experience with ERP systems and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate supply acquisition and distribution process for stock, non-stock, and critical items.
• Create and manage supply pars, par levels, and barcode labeling for requisitioning and product identification.
• Manage recalls, vendor returns, and substitutions with proper documentation.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and storage of all hospital supplies and tissue per policy.
• Support year-end inventories and audits; communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
