• Familiarity with supply chain management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against shipping documents.
• Coordinate dock traffic and act as first point of contact for carriers.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and repair materials.
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and purchase order processing.
• Enter and maintain supply chain data in system platforms.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Clinical Engineering on equipment and supply needs.
• Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Support smooth distribution of critical supplies across hospital departments.
