Inception Fertility in Houston seeks a Director of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead sourcing, purchasing, contracting, vendor management, and inventory for clinics, labs, and corporate operations.

The role drives cost savings, ensures uninterrupted supply for time-sensitive fertility cycles, and collaborates with Finance, Clinical Operations, IT, and Legal to mature procure-to-pay discipline across the network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain/procurement with 3+ years in leadership in healthcare settings.

Mansioni

• Lead sourcing, purchasing, contracting, vendor management, and inventory for clinics, labs, and operations.
• Develop enterprise sourcing strategy; run bids and negotiate agreements to reduce cost while ensuring continuity of supply.
• Build vendor scorecards and manage performance, price adherence, and service levels.
• Establish procurement policy, procedures, and training across the network.
• Mentor procurement team and serve as escalation point for supply issues.
