Carle Health in Urbana, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support hospital and off-site locations with timely distribution of supplies for patient care. Responsibilities include picking, stocking, unloading shipments, verifying contents, and collaborating with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.

You will perform daily inventory checks, assist in receiving, rotate stock, ensure accuracy, and act as liaison between nursing units and Storeroom.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse distribution and receiving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels for patient care.
• Unloads shipments from various carriers and verifies contents.
• Receives shipments in the system and investigates discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Rotates stock in Storeroom and supply carts to prioritize oldest products.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Acts as a liaison between nursing units and Storeroom for timely deliveries.
• Performs courier duties to transport mail, supplies, bank deposits, pharmaceuticals, and lab specimens.
• Performs data entry for accurate order fulfillment and delivery preparation.
