Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, venture capital / corporate venture capital, or similar roles.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous work independently and transform analysis into actionable insights and recomm.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day direction of CVSHV's engagement strategy with CVS Health business teams, guiding engagement coverage, staffing, engagement tracking, and follow-through.
- Develop understanding of CVS Health's priorities and translate information into insights for the team.
- Support selected special projects for CVSHV and executive leaders (e.g., investment committee and board-level materials).
- Evolve and optimize portfolio value creation model and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with senior CVSH Ventures leaders to drive portfolio reviews and identify value opportunities.
- Directly support portfolio growth and perform financial analysis for select companies.
