Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, venture capital/corporate venture capital, or similar roles.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology markets.
• Ability to drive ambiguous work independently and transform analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including distilling complex information for senior leaders.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across levels, functions and workstreams.
• High degree of ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day direction of CVSHV’s engagement strategy with CVS Health business teams and lead relationship staffing and tracking.
• Develop understanding of CVS Health’s priorities and translate into insights for the team.
• Support selected special projects for CVSHV and executive leaders.
• Evolve portfolio value creation models and formalize repeatable programs and resources.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to enable strategic partnerships with portfolio companies.
• Lead market and thesis development projects in support of CVS Health initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Synthesize market insights for strategy decisions and support due diligence as needed.
• Provide administrative support and manage travel (10–15%).
