Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in New York. You will drive strategic initiatives, embed in the Strategy & Operations team, and report to the VP.

You will deploy management best practices, partner with experts, and own a portfolio of initiatives with broad company exposure. You will work closely with leadership on high-visibility projects, shaping the company’s operating rhythm and KPI-driven planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solving strategic problems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to break down unstructured problems and drive implementation
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering initiatives
• Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data-driven insights
