Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to partner with the Executive Leadership Team and support the buildout of a fast-growing RxTriage service line. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop data-driven insights, and help execute strategic priorities across Clinical Services, Training, and Trade Relations.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate data into compelling executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred in listed areas (see qualifications).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience supporting senior executives and presenting findings to leadership.
• Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy initiatives and executive-level analyses.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance.
