Job summary

Chartis is seeking a healthcare consulting professional to join our project teams, typically 3–4 members, on engagements spanning 3–6 months. You will define analytic approaches, refine data sources, and present actionable insights to client stakeholders, while collaborating across engagement managers and partners.

We value strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple work streams. Travel flexibility is required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare consulting experience is required.
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA).
• Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams.
• Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action.
• Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses.
• Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions.
• Create elegant, multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support.
• Draw upon healthcare knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clients.
• Effectively engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationships.
• Proactively work to create an energizing team environment.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
