Qualifications

• 5–7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably within a Managed Care Organization (MCO).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare business processes/operations (commercial or federal).
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and deliver in tight time frames.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assess a client’s organization, goals, governance, and environment to facilitate delivery, renewals, expansion, and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate evolving market trends to identify impact to client operations.
• Actively lead project teams, providing leadership and feedback on deliverables.
• Inform leadership and the client of project status.
• Manage client relationships, communications, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee project resources and bridge resource gaps.
• Deliver effective internal and external presentations and facilitate meetings.
