Job summary

VillageCare is seeking a Business Analyst - Strategy & Analytics to formalize how analytics requests are captured and delivered across the organization. This entry-level role supports the Strategy & Analytics team and contributes to consistent, high-quality reporting outcomes.

The position involves building analytics standards, translating business needs into reporting requirements, and evaluating existing reports for enhancements while supporting UAT and KPI alignment with VillageCareMax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Medicare operations/compliance knowledge; Tableau and basic SQL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine analytics standards (processes, templates, documentation).
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear reporting requirements.
• Evaluate existing reports and recommend enhancements vs. new solutions.
• Define and document KPIs aligned to VillageCare strategic goals.
• Create meeting artifacts (agendas, minutes, action items) and manage requirement-gathering timelines.
• Review data warehouse content using simple SQL; develop test cases and support UAT/sign-off.
