The ideal candidate has prior staffing coordination experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stay flexible under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator/Director in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain staff support.
• Superior organization and attention to detail.
• Flexible under stress, changes, and unexpected events.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Complete nursing schedule coordinating requests for unit coverage.
• Consult with Nursing staff to adjust staffing needs.
• Assist employees with Time Request Forms and scheduling.
• Contact staff to ensure worksheets and schedules are up to date.
• Answer staffing and scheduling inquiries from employees.
