Job summary

AdeptID & Lucid Staffing is hiring an Account Manager to oversee and expand relationships with healthcare facility clients in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will act as the liaison between Lucid's recruiting team and client facilities, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and long-term client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with recruiting, business development, and operations to translate AdeptID's technology advantage into real-world staffing outcomes and durable client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client services, or staffing operations experience, preferably in healthcare staffing.
• Clinician background and experience working with recruiters and account managers.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows including job orders, credentialing timelines, and VMS platforms.
• Proficiency with staffing tech platforms (Sense or Bullhorn is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: be the main contact for assigned healthcare facility clients and maintain open communication with regular calls and meetings.
• Order Management & Recruiting Coordination: manage job orders end-to-end and coordinate with recruiting to meet client expectations.
• Performance Tracking & Account Growth: monitor fill rates, time-to-fill, and revenue, and collaborate on growth initiatives.
