Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business, procurement or related field is required.
• Four years of procurement experience may be used in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years of contracting or sourcing experience is preferred.
• Three years of increasingly complex contracts and public procurement experience is preferred.
• Two years of healthcare and hospital related purchasing experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing, procurement, and contract documents management in collaboration with end users, GPOs, and Contract Management.
• Coordinate, prepare, solicit, analyze, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Review vendor terms and conditions for conflicts with University Health System’s terms.
• Administer contracts post-award to ensure compliance and value realization.
• Maintain good guest and working relations and ensure system-wide best value.
