Job summary

Philips is seeking a Configured Solutions Project Specialist in Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN to deliver technical, consultative internal customer service and translate the Hospital Patient Monitoring catalog into tailored solutions.

You will manage large projects with Salesforce, prepare quotes with Apttus, and collaborate with Account Managers while building deep domain knowledge of the patient monitoring catalog.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, quoting support, technical support, or hands-on clinical work with patients or clinicians.
• Experience with CRM tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding internal customer service by providing technical expertise in a consultative manner.
• Partner Account Managers to provide quotes for customers using Apttus.
• Translate the Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring catalog into tailored solutions addressing clinical workflow challenges.
• Manage and track large projects, collaborating with the sales organization to ensure scope accuracy via Salesforce.
• Maintain and develop deep knowledge of the Patient Monitoring Catalog.
