• Healthcare and Value-Based Care expertise across domains (claims, eligibility, attribution, provider, payer, clinical/EHR, quality).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, data-centric designs spanning applications, data, integrations, analytics, security, and platforms.
• Design conceptual/logical data models with entities, relationships, grain, history, and keys.
• Translate healthcare processes and data relationships into clear technical requirements for implementation.
• Work with Data Engineering to clarify domain requirements and ensure designs are faithfully implemented.
• Promote reuse of data products, models, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into scalable data-centric solution designs across applications, data, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product/BI and technical teams to define data requirements and implementation guidance.
• Guide data architecture, modeling, and governance to ensure consistency with business rules.
