P10 is seeking an entry-level Copywriter to join our creative team. You’ll support senior writers, develop social content, and help bring campaigns to life in a remote, collaborative agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, writing or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Curious, organized, and eager to learn.
• Interested in fast-paced working environment.
• Comfortable supporting others and contributing behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Develop social content for healthcare clients and key audiences— healthcare professionals (80%) and patients (20%).
• Gain general medical knowledge in therapeutic areas and understanding of audiences (physicians, patients, sales reps).
• Support internal creative copywriting initiatives.
• Write content that is on-strategy and in language that’s compelling and differentiating; performs basic proofing of content, paying attention to the relationship with art and copy.
• Learn to annotation, reference and apply AMA style across creative projects.
• Support senior writers on assigned projects to develop and refine creative ideas.
• Learn the fundamentals of healthcare marketing: agency dynamics, copywriter-art director partnerships, FDA standards, translating clinical data into promotional messages.
