Allied Universal is seeking a Security Supervisor for a Johns Island, SC healthcare site. You will lead security staff, ensure trauma-informed service, and coordinate with hospital leadership and client teams to uphold safety and compliance. Pay rate is $22 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state licensing/training for required licensing.
• Able to pass driving license tests for company/client vehicles.
• Post-offer training on less-lethal methods (handcuffs, baton, OC spray, and/or Taser).
• Military, police, or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Conduct shift roll-call and site visits; document performance and address concerns.
• Ensure professional appearance and uniform compliance.
• Update Post Order manuals and training materials; accessible.
• Provide on-the-job training; review responsibilities and emergency protocols.
• Handle shift call-offs; minimize overtime; arrange post coverage.
• Stand post during emergencies or call-offs; may extend shifts.
• Initiate investigations and gather incident information.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports; assist with security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
