Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and supervise security officers on shift.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control; conduct patrols and address threats.
• Enforce healthcare security policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain security records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Lead emergency responses to medical events and disasters; ensure swift, safe actions.
