Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 3 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Supervisory experience: 1 year in security-related field.
• Certifications: Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean DMV report; pass and maintain BLS, CPI, and firearms training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the activity and day-to-day operations of security staff on assigned shift.
• Provides guidance and leadership to security staff on enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Evaluates incidents and takes appropriate action, including reporting to security leadership.
• Completes security audits quarterly or as assigned and ensures reports are complete within timeframes.
• Supports leadership in emergency response and drills, maintains yearly certifications, and oversees scheduling to avoid unapproved overtime.
