• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Provide fixed (sitting/standing) and roaming patrols of Rush buildings and grounds.
• Monitor telephone/radio communications, alarms, and video surveillance equipment.
• Respond to service calls, requests for assistance, and emergencies.
• Observe and document security hazards and policy violations.
• Conduct basic interviews and investigations.
• Prepare incident reports, memorandums, and other written documentation.
• Assist law enforcement, fire departments and other emergency agencies during investigations or emergencies.
• Monitor and assist with access control and visitor management.
• Monitor and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic patterns on Rush property.
• Provide security escorts as assigned.
• Participate in property control procedures (patient property and valuables, lost & found etc.).
• Perform dispatching duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
