Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required (if applicable).
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• If located in Montana, Security Guard Licensure required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technologies including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarms.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal/non-verbal strategies to minimize physical force.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property.
• Conduct safety inspections (walking surfaces, fire extinguishers) and enforce parking regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and law enforcement for investigations and information disclosure as required.
