Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or currently in a degree program.
• Healthcare security experience preferred.
• Law enforcement or public safety experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Military experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas as assigned, by vehicle or on foot.
• Respond to escalating behavioral and conflict events, de-escalate when appropriate.
• Accurately complete daily event logs, incident reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate response to life safety, facility, and business continuity incidents using ICS when needed.
• Investigate crimes, traffic incidents, and other calls, gather evidence and support follow-up.
