Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff with courteous service.
• Monitor CCTV and security alarms to detect suspicious activities.
• Monitor Temptrak refrigeration tracking systems to ensure unit function.
• Conduct regular patrols and enforce safety protocols.
• Control access by verifying IDs and issuing visitor passes.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents; coordinate with staff and law enforcement.
• Maintain daily logs and document observations in the reporting system.
• Provide communication and problem-solving support in high-pressure situations.
• Stay current with training via Watson Clinic Education.
