Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel and responders.
Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report unusual conditions and maintenance needs.
Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence on site.
