Job summary

IU Health is seeking a Full-Time Public Safety Officer for Methodist Hospital (Onsite) in Indianapolis. Schedule is 6pm-6am or 6am-6pm on rotating shifts. Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Requires current non-restricted Indiana Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain NCIC/IDACS certification and access.

Responsibilities

• Conducts rounding and foot and vehicle patrols on IU Health properties.
• Responds to calls for service and enforces IU Health rules and state statutes.
• Maintains records, completes written reports, and assists in de-escalating tense situations.
