Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and report findings.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe traffic per site requirements.
• Document patrols and incidents promptly according to procedures.
