Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required within 90 days of hire.
• Two (2) years experience in healthcare security or law enforcement preferred.
• Specialized training in healthcare security or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security concerns at EMH premises and operate EMH vehicle as needed.
• Investigate incidents and complete required forms and logs.
• Provide escort services for Associates to parking areas.
• Promote the EMH philosophy (AIDET) to ensure quality care.
• Assume minor maintenance duties when Maintenance staff are not scheduled.
• Respect patient age groups and apply age-appropriate safety protocols.
