Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License (if applicable for the role).
• Current Basic Life Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Security guard licensure may be required depending on state (e.g., Montana within 120 days).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technology systems including surveillance cameras, access control and alarms.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal/non-verbal strategies.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with safety and security procedures.
• Conduct searches for narcotics and ensure legal compliance.
• Support investigations with HR and law enforcement as needed.
• Enforce parking regulations to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Participate in drills like infant abduction or active shooter scenarios.
