Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for daily tasks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and access-control procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and security activities.
