PeaceHealth seeks a Security Officer (Security Parking) for a full-time role at Longview, WA. This position involves patrolling hospital grounds, responding to codes, and coordinating with local law enforcement to maintain safety.

The role requires 2+ years in security or law enforcement, CPI/De-escalation training within 180 days, and IAHSS Basic/BLS credentials. The salary range is $22.65–$33.97 per hour, with benefits and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to formulate a plan of action and apply crisis intervention/de-escalation.
• Ability to perform data entry as necessary.
• Good physical condition to walk, run, and lift as needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Acceptable driving record per PeaceHealth policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety and security services including patrolling grounds, parking lots, buildings, and entry/exit points.
• Provide stand-by or escort services for caregivers or patients as needed.
• Offer courtesy services (directions, locksmith functions, jump-starts, tire changes) as required.
• Apply non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Manage crowd control during high-traffic events.
