Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors while enforcing security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with healthcare personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and directions.
• Document incidents and patrol activities promptly per reporting procedures.
