Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in security/public safety or customer service.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and protect patients, visitors, teammates, and property.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-placement physical.

Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
• Inspires confidence with a professional, service-oriented appearance and demeanor; obeys safety rules and maintains equipment.
• Performs interior/exterior patrols, identifies hazards, audits safety measures, manages valuables, and conducts searches as needed.
• Responds to emergencies, threats, and service calls; de-escalates situations and enforces regulations.
• Liaisons with law enforcement and coordinates safety responses; conducts rounds and delivers security awareness education.
