Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on safeguarding clients, delivering customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence in healthcare and other facilities.

You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access, and respond to incidents, following site protocols while upholding Allied Universal’s people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Access control and badge experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly per facility protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and reporting.
• Document observations and incidents clearly for leadership.
