Tarian Group is hiring Healthcare Security Officers to provide direct security and related public services for a hospital setting. The role includes protecting staff, patients, and visitors while serving as a visible deterrent to unsafe activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring hospital property, supporting at‑risk individuals, and performing other duties as assigned. The position requires endurance for long shifts, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the hospital, staff, patients and visitors and deter illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
