• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare setting.
• Screen patients, visitors, and contractors in accordance with facility access requirements, providing clear directions and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Monitor entry points and visitor flow, helping deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents and medical-related emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner following established procedures.
• Document screening activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency personnel.
