Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Badge Management in Swiftwater, PA. This unarmed security role supports healthcare locations with patrols, access control, and customer service while driving as needed.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $18.73 per hour. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access concerns in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, maintain awareness of changing conditions, and communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
