Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience or equivalent supervisory hospital security or law enforcement experience.
• Strong leadership, judgment, creativity and comprehensive knowledge.
• Proven ability to respond to code situations and make effective decisions.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
• Ability to lift 100 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs., and stand 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and counsels to improve performance for Supervisors and Sr Officers.
• Manages security operations, access control, and behaviors.
• Staffing and scheduling of security personnel; communicates directives from Network VP of Security.
• Conducts executive details, deliveries and special events.
• Investigates incidents with Risk Management and documents all security events.
