Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Clinical Security Driver in Bartlett, TN, a healthcare-focused, unarmed patrol role. You will monitor hospital areas, deter incidents, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.91 per hour. Work schedules include night shifts across multiple days, with full-time hours and hospital-specific security responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security procedures in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital facilities and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and access-control procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and report to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered security in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents per policy and notify appropriate personnel.
• Perform regular patrols of hospital buildings and perimeters to deter hazards.
• Monitor and manage access points and visitor flow.
• Document and communicate patrol findings to supervisors.
