Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or plasma/blood collection.
• Clinical Laboratory Personnel license required in the State of Louisiana.
• Strong communication and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register donors, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Guide donors through health screening and determine if medical review is needed.
• Perform vital signs and fingerstick sampling, record hematocrit and protein levels.
• Prepare equipment, troubleshoot SOPs, and maintain a clean work area.
• Monitor donor safety and report adverse reactions to staff.
