• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with instructions.
• Enters and updates patient information in the EHR or scheduling system.
• Coordinates with medical staff to align appointments with clinical priorities.
• Tracks and reschedules cancellations and no-shows to minimize disruptions.
• Provides general administrative assistance and manages patient referrals.
